“Aesthetics have always been an important element in my life and nothing personifies and brings this to life better than the moving image.” Ian Greyvensteyn has always found film making interesting; starting off at a young age, playing pretend DP and using his friends as actors and stunt men. Today he is living the dream and wouldn’t want it any other way. He believes a DP should always provide their creative insight and sometimes even assist the director in understanding their vision. “Directors often have their hands full on stressful jobs and it usually helps when the DP and Director are of the same mind.”- Ian On set he brings good vibes and makes hard work look like a breeze.
